This Louis Mercurey feels like the kind of Burgundy you want to linger over. The first swirl brings up bright red cherries and a hint of forest berries—nothing flashy, just quietly inviting. On the palate it’s fresh and beautifully balanced, with a smooth, almost effortless texture. The gentle acidity and silky tannins make it really easy to drink, and there’s this subtle, earthy minerality underneath that gives it a bit of backbone without ever stealing the show.
