A well-structured Santenay that not only has plenty of healthy tannin, but also lively acidity. Plenty of savory and wet-earth character, alongside the subtle black-cherry fruit. The long finish is moderately dry. From grapes that were sustainably grown, with no use of herbicides. Drink or hold.
