Tabalí’s newest launch is a joint venture with Champagne Thiénot, who fell in love with the mean, calcareous soils of Tabalí’s Talinay blocks. The resulting wines are defined by this soil and shaped by Felipe Muller and Thiénot’s winemaking team
The NV Extra Brut Rosé Tatié combines 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from the Talinay Vineyard, planted in the limestone soils of the Limarí Valley along the Pacific shore. Aged for 30 months on fine lees, this golden-hued wine offers aromas of praline, cassis and cherry, with a faint pastry backdrop. Light and crisp, it enters the palate with a refreshing mousse-like texture. This is a seriously impressive sparkling wine from Chile. Disgorged: December 2023.
