A beautiful carignan with incredible aromas of smoked herbs, roasted spices, dark cherries, dried flowers and minerals. Radical and bright, with a naturally high concentration of fruit and vivid acidity. Extremely long and energetic, full of nervy minerality. It was aged in foudres and neutral barrels, with some whole clusters. Around 4% syrah. Drink or hold.
