Lots of grilled toast, dried lemon and ginger on the nose. Full-bodied and layered with brioche and light nuts to the fruit. Fresh and minerally at the end. 60% pinot noir, 10% pinot meunier and 30% chardonnay. Dosage 2g/L. Disgorged in November 2021. Drink now.
