Dolum, crafted by Chad Alexander (formerly of The Hess Collection and Robert Craig), hails from a reputable Diamond Mountain site. The "Cask 14" is exceptionally smooth and all too easy to drink for a mountain wine, thanks to its extremely fine and gentle tannins. It offers plenty of ripe red and black fruit character, layered with sweet spices, graphite, and the classic Diamond Mountain deep forest garrigue that intensifies and grows more earthy over time as it opens in the glass.
