Chalky minerality is allied here with dried lemon peel dust, white pepper, linden tree and restrained pastry notes. Fine ,pinprick mousse, with zesty acidity, lemon curd flavor and lemon-pulp depth. Super-tense and long. Larger and deeper complexity, typical of Vertus. Drinkable now, but best in 2-3 years.
