Sappy and penetrating on the palate, offering appealingly sweet raspberry, boysenberry, cherry and floral pastille flavors accented by allspice and vanilla flourishes. Concentrated yet lively as well, showing impressive finishing power, repeating florality and smooth, well-judged tannins.
