The super affordable 2020 Pedregoso Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc has a nice combination of freshness, florality and minerality with moderate alcohol (12.5%). It has good freshness and a salty finish from the place and the limestone soils, even in a warm year like 2020. It's clean and balanced with pristine flavors and a dry finish. 120,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2020, but they do different bottlings, keeping the wine with lees to avoid oxidation.
