Entirely Monts Luisants, though it can contain declassified Grand Cru. Rich medium purple. Slightly meaty and toasty bouquet. Afterwards, it is much tighter and fresher with some redcurrant notes and really quite fierce acidity. Will need some time to come together. Tasted Nov 2020.
